The Prime Minister's gift to the Catholics of Britain

Pseudo 'marriage' is upon us, God bless our Bishops, priests and teachers and give them the strength to uphold the one, true Faith.

  1. Don't you mean 'garriage'?

  2. The time is upon us to forcefully resist compromise with such institutionalised lies. To cooperate with such evil is to sell one's soul.

  3. Earlier I three times tried to commnent, but something went wacky and it didn't work.It seems alot of things are going wacky 'don't it?' As for being forceful, I'm feeling pretty done up. But tommorrow I'll try to join the battle...again.

  4. Satan is leading many souls to hell because man refuses to obey moral and natural law.

  5. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10: "Do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God."

Although this has been going in this direction since about 1930, and civil marriage already has born little resemblance to Catholic marriage for decades, I do feel this could constitute a watershed moment. Whether that means a moment that wakes up the sleeping majority to stand up for morality rectitude, or a moment that sends Catholics in this country back into illegality and marginalisation remains to be seen.

Interesting to link it with the story about neglected children in the news today. One does have to wonder if children are becoming more and more commodified by such legislation.

  6. As Marriage will no longer be legally defined as having anything to do with love, a relationship of mutual reciprocity, sexual consummation, sexual fidelity, cohabitation etc – let alone the rearing of children.

    marriage is being abolished.
Replaced with an eidolon which contains neither the intention nor the form of any heretofore understanding of marriage.

To the extent that what were once recognised as valid marriages among non-Catholic baptised baptised couples – will not be validated by this ‘new marriage’ ‘non-contract’

So is this disastrous new legislation merely an unust law – or an intrinsically unjust law?

If it is intrinsically unjust [and I have yet to hear or see any informed Catholic argue it isn't] – we have major problems.

Because we may be forbidden from engaging in the civil marriage process in any way.
It might get to the farcical situation where Catholics marrying in a Church are forbidden from going through a civil marriage ceremony as it scandalises and conspires against the very vows they’d made in the Nuptial Mass

Catholics being deprived of/proscribed from civil marriage with all its legal/socio-economic benefits/safeguards…
