How many can recollect the Old Rite Celebrated on BBC Radio Home Service? Radio? Yes, Fr. Agnellus Andrew OFM [later Bishop] gave a running commentary in his very distinctive voice. He was also a great Missioner and I recollect the parish church, of my youth, packed-out to hear him. The golden-days of Catholicism, alas, long-gone.
