More than ever I feel the need of having Thee close to me.
“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” I will all the more gladly boast of my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities; for when I am weak, then I am strong.
Corinthians 12:7-10

This is what can happen if you bow before reception...
"...when they communicate standing, it is recommended that the faithful bow in reverence before receiving the sacrament."
I always bow my head, when standing to receive. I also stand a way back, then move forward after bowing. It's only at the Edge-b Oratory, one gets to kneel in these parts. I miss kneeling :(
I can just see you doing that Richard!! hahahaha!

No, I don't bow. I think it's strange. I am before God, not the President of something.
