Will Pope Francis be 'The Pope of Fatima?'

Tomorrow, May 13th, anniversary of the 1917 apparition of Our Lady to the three children, the Bishop of Fatima, at the behest of Pope Francis, will dedicate the Holy Father's papacy to Our Lady of Fatima.

For those who know well the Fatima saga and who have a devotion to Our Lady, this will be a welcome move, placing the Fatima message firmly back at the top of the Catholic agenda:

"Repent, do penance and pray"

But it will still fall short of Our Lady's original request that the Holy Father should consecrate Russia to her Immaculate Heart.

Various Popes have skirted around this request and Pope Pius XII even dedicated the world to Our Lady's Immaculate Heart at the height of World War 2, on October 31st 1942.

But Russia and her errors were not the focus of this consecration as had been asked.
However, the act did mark a turning point in the war and from that moment on, the Allies began to gain ground.

Antonio Ruffini -  a chapel dedicated in his name was approved of
by Pope Pius XII

It was the now dead Italian stigmatist, Antonio Ruffini, who prophesied that Pope Francis would be the Pope who would, at last, consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of the Mother of God.

In his own words, in answer to the question:

"Is John Paul II the Pope who will do the consecration to Russia"

He replied:

“No, it’s not John Paul.  It will not be his immediate successor either, but the one after that.  He is the one who will consecrate Russia.”

Pope Francis has made a bold start by dedicating his Papacy to Our Lady of Fatima, it remains to be seen if, at last, Our Lady's Immaculate Heart will triumph with regard to Russia.

Grateful thanks to Fr JJ.

  1. 'consecrate the Immaculate Heart of the Mother of God, to Russia.' I think you mean the other way around...

  2. Ben, of course, that is what I meant. Duly amended, thank you.

  4. Two reasons why I believe it is not Pope Francis who will consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. He doesn't know how to consecrate - I mean, he doesn't know WHO should do the consecrating and he doesn't know WHERE to consecrate. First case: world news published that Pope Francis consecrated his pontificate on May 13, 2013, but really, it was the Cardinal of Lisbon, Portugal who consecrated Pope Francis' pontificate. And to WHERE? Not to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, but to Our Lady of Fatima. These are two different things. All over the world, individuals, families, countries (the Philippines, for one) have been consecrating themselves to the IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY, because that is what Our Lady of Fatima requested. But Pope Francis - he had someone else consecrate his own pontificate to Our Lady of Fatima! Out-of-focus, so very off-target, not just once but TWICE! Second case: internet news carried the news that Pope Francis consecrated Vatican City to St. Michael the Archangel. I watched the film, and all I saw was his blessing of the new near-naked statue of our dear Archangel. No exorcism prayers or consecration prayers were said, I mean, I would have recognized the consecration prayers even if they were in Latin or Italian (I said, recognized), and I heard no keywords to suggest it. Given these two cases, I believe that he doesn't know what a true consecration is. Our Lady of Fatima asks that Russia be consecrated to Her IMMACULATE HEART. How then can we expect this Pope to Consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, when he doesn't even know how to consecrate his own pontificate? However, Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI, resigned and apparently inactive, remains a pope - for a pope is a pope ad sempiternamn [by all means, at all times, in all places]. He read the Third Secret of Fatima. He is old, sick, feeble and contemplative, very prayerful and Christ-centered. And he has done some proper consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, as when he consecrated Priests to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on his apostolic journey to Portugal on May 12, 2012. P.E. Benedict XVI fits the description of the martyr-pope of Fatima

  5. Now, as 2013 draws to an end, the Consecation of Russia is still not done. Evil annulments are granted. The church and world are corrupt.
Nuclear war is coming. When will the pope repent and do the consecration?

    1. Yep!

Like Jesus said to St. Lucy "Pray, Pray for the Holy Father. He will do it but IT WILL BE LATE"

IT WILL BE LATE caught my attention. How late? I guess either during or after World War III, finally, Pope Francis will consecrate Russia by name to Her Immaculate Heart of Mary.

  6. Pray with your rosary everyday as Our Lady of Fatima requested.

"Pray a great deal for the Holy Father" and "In the end, My Immaculate Heart will triumph. Holy Father will consecrate Russia to me and she will be converted. A period of peace will be granted to the world" -- Our Lady of Fatima in 1917.

  7. Hey, Catholics

Alert: Please send it to all Catholics over the world.

This is a sample letter that you can send to public officials, Your Bishop, Your Priest - to all who need to know the vital and urgent...Information contained in this Emergency Fatima Crusader. Please, act while you still can!

    J.M.J.

Dear Sir or Madam or Father or Your Excellency,

Enclosed is a copy of a magazine unlike any you have ever read. I ask you, please, to take the time to examine the information it contains. You will not see a report anywhere else that compiles so many compelling facts pointing in one direction: imminent war.

Many news outlets report bits and pieces of the big picture: economic uncertainty, currency crises looming for the eruo and the dollar, growing jihad destabilizing the Mideast and the ever-mounting tensions and confrontations between the United States and China that could soon propel us into an unthinkable war.

But this Fatima Crusader brings together all the crucial issues, backed up by the facts, in a masterful summary that is both sobering and frightening. The logic of the present situation is inescapable: armed conflict involving the superpowers appears all but certain.

But there is a way to avert disaster. It was given to us a Fatima in 1917. The Pope and the bishops can assure world peace if they perform a simple act in unison. Once you read this report, you will see the urgency of this action and, I believe, you will want to do all you can to make it happen.

Please, consider well what is contained in these pages. Share the information with all you know. And then, I hope, you will join those of us who are becoming part of the solution to what seems an insoluble problem. This letter, this magazine, is being sent to you out of loving concern. Please receive it in the spirit of fraternal charity in which it is offered.

P.S. You can get a free magazine "The Fatima Crusader Issue # 108" from www.Fatima.org.

    Sincerely yours,

    Your name goes here

  8. Are you familiar with this important traditional Catholic YouTube channel?

    http://youtube.com/user/mhfm1

Lots of tremendous eye-openers there regarding the utmost importance of the message of Fatima, the daily 15 decade Rosary, the prophesies of St. Malachy, anti-pope Francis (Peter the "Bishop of Rome"), the counter “Catholic” Church since 1958 and the last days of the Apocalypse!
